how late in the season does everyone usually ride, i went last night and it was a little chilly, you can start to tell that the weather is going to be changing soon.. thats for sure.. ! :yikes:

I ride all year round, not as much as summer but in the winter unless its just snowing or something of that nature.

Start riding after 2 good rainy day to wash up the salt on the road (end-april) and finish as soon as they put salt on the road, usually mid-october.

i ride as long as i can stand the cold, but usually store the bike at the end of october. however, it was unseasonably warm here last new years day (like 70), so i got her out then too. i just make sure to always keep her handy, and keep the battery charged.

Here in Texas thats the best time to start riding is around fall through spring....summers are just way too hot here. I actually bought my bike for fall riding :dthumb:

I dont winterize the bike till atleast mid november to early december. I want every last possible chance to ride before I say goodnight to my kat for the winter!!

The thought of winter just drives me nuts!!
