.. Well... yesterday I added some stabil, went for the last ride of the season (nice hour long ride out to Hell and back), put 'er in the shed and hung er up on the stands.

6454 miles in '04... Not bad, not as much as much riding as I would've liked of course. Easy to tell the number when ya start out the year with 0

So, how much did ya put on this year?

I put on about 3k this year, not nearly as much as last season. New job this year prevented alot of riding. I'm putting my baby away today myself. We can all dream of spring now, and a few black diamonds in between.

Since I got my bike a bit late this year, I only put on around 3000 miles for half a season. But it was a fun 3000 miles.

OK, I'll play. I bought the Bee to ride it! I don't commute, I ride it. I try to get 100 miles per day if I can. I have logged 11647 miles since I bought the Bee in June!! Working on third set of tires!

This year stunk for riding for me. I did about 6.5k on the VFR since January before I traded it in. I've got 5100 on the Tuono. I put about 2k on the Gixxer. 13.6k... Wish I could have done a lot more...

Looked at my bike today as I put it in the garage, 5,165 miles on it, rode it today, and probably could keep riding thru the winter here, but I'm headin' over to play in the sandbox for a little while, so it looks like my '01 is gonna stay a "Low mileage" unit for awhile....

put about 2K on my bike since late may when i got it. many days i was unable to ride due to babysitter issues b/4 going to work. im hoping that gets rectified by the spring, and I can definately push 5k next year..but we'll see.

What killed me this year was the fact I didn't get in any really long rides. I think the most miles I logged in one day this year was 490... Last year I did a couple 650 mile days. They rack up the miles pretty quickly...

Oh, and I avoid the highways if at all possible... 95%+ of my miles are from backroads... Last year I did almost 20k.
