This kinda goes hand in hand with the type of tire you buy but what do you commonly get out of them and what brand were they?

My 9R came with some Bridgestone Battlaxes BT10's and I got about 8K out of the rear... of coarse it was bald flat in the middle by then. And same goes for the front that I got about 13K out of it! :yikes:

I buy Pirelli Diablo's. Right now I am sitting on a little over 4k on the rear right now. It is showing alot of wear right now, it's getting closely thin before the cords are showing. My last set I only got a little over 3K. I don't do burnouts but I do alot of wheelies, and hard riding. I can go thru 2 rear tires for every 1 front tire. I really like the Pirilli Diablo's they are basically a street/race compound tire. These are the best tires I have ever used and I will continue to buy.

I have Dunlop 208's on the Bee...They go about 6K for this set...

SV... I think most are that way... 2 rears to 1 front... the exact opposite of brakes...

I got 8k out of the stock bridgestones, now I have 2k on the 208's.

I have 8400, On the stock B/stones. I am goint o get a new pair in the fall. The rear is not at the wear marks but I would like to freshin them up for me. :dthumb:

i got about 4k out of my stock rear. now i got a d208 and its holdin up pretty good. alot of wheelies and im always on the gas hard.

Dunlops might be good if they are your sponsor or you have too much money but they wear out quick - got loss then 5k on them on the street. Bridgestones were awesome - got 8k+ on them on the street. Now the Powers will not be able to tell because I have done 4 track days on them and it is hard to gauge because they will be burnt up prematurely due to running them hard. I hope to get 1-2 more track days out of them and then like 3k miles on the street.

Metzeler Sportec's work great on my CBR. The front tire wears out at 4k, slightly before the back, but I heard that happens to these heavy bikes.

My original D207's I got 14k out of the front (though thread was still good, it was cupping, and had a nail, lol), and got 9500 out of the rear. Current front is a Mezteler Roadtec Z6 which now has about 13k and still looks great! 2nd rear was also a Z6, got 13k out of that. Then I tried a Metz Sportec M1 rear, great tire but only got about 5k out of it, and now went back to the Z6. Only had this one on for a week so far
