On average, I wonder how many miles everyone rides per year? I know it varies wildly.

Last year, I probably rode 2500 on the V-Max and about 3000 on the Aprilia. If my office didn't have the dress code it does, I would have ridden to work a whole lot more. I know that Big Kahuna rides almost every day.

Well I haven't had my bike for a year yet, but I should be able to calculate approximate mileage for the year. Lets see.... I bought my F4i new with 3 miles on it 10/17/04, and as of right now it's at 16,717. I've had it 154 days so far, so that equates to 108.55 miles/day x 365 days = approx. 39,620 miles per year :)

prob 12-15K, it would be much more if 4-5 monthes of the year wernt bad weather. I'm planning on a oil change a month(3K mi, full synthetic) during the peak three monthes.. and a tire every 1.5 monthes(5K).

Id rather ride less but have lots of twisities then ride 50,000 mile of stright roads... i get bored or in trouble with a strgiht road to quick.

Its no fun to go slow on a stright line and too expensive to get caught going 150+ on it.
