My boss told me Im doing a great job and that my efforts have not gone unnoticed :wtf: I sleep sometime 3 hours a day everyday. I surf the web 40% of the day. I take long lunches and I sleep alot...I was planning to get an ear full but instead I got a raise.

Sounds like we are owned by the same company or perhaps it is the standard today - promote incomptence - not that you are incomptent - just i.e. your comments about surfing the web, sleeping, etc. - now if you had busted your arse they probably would have laid you off.. just make sure you look for "works under minimal supervision" in the job requirements. In some cases, this means your boss is either A) a slacker himself and doesn't shive a get or B) works from a diff state (as does mine) and doesn't know
