So the Bronco game came on at 2pm today, but I was out the door by 1:30. The streets were deserted. I went to my favorite twisty, Lookout Mountain. Coming back down, I caught up to some slow SUV's. Signaled to pull over at a rest stop and there were five new R1's, an R6 and a CBR 600RR parked in a row. One guy asked me to take their picture with his camera. Then, three VTR Super Hawks pulled up. We were checking out the bikes when a squadron of F16's flew over heading toward the stadium (homeopener). I made it home for the fourth quarter. Man I love football season.

The most ive seen on the road so far is a few gixxer's, a Triumph Daytona, and a bunch of R6's and R1's. Wow, I need to get out more on Sundays

They were all headed up while I was headed down. The Yamahas had pulled in facing the guard rail. Each rider lifted the bike toward himself and pivoted the bike around on the kickstand, so the bike was facing the road. Each did fine until the last guy. He was short and thin.

He was apprehensive about doing it, and I don't blame him. The kickstand could close and the bike would fall on it's side. Or worse, he could knock over one or more of the other bikes while doing the spin. I have a hard enough time getting my bike on it's centerstand. I told him to back it up and turn around. But he decided to go for the spin.

He pulled the bike toward him, but the tires didn't leave the ground. With everyone watching, he heaved the bike almost horizontal and spun it gingerly around the kickstand. He was sweating after that.

Centerstand... push down with foot and pull up with your hands while leaning back with the bike... BAM!
Its not that simple. Different bikes take different techniques of applying leverage to different places.
