I was sitting at a red, yesterday, on my way home and saw a bee fly near my helmet. I had the face shield closed, so no big deal. Well, he took particular interest in the top of my helmet - you know, where the vent holes are?

Soon after, the light tirned green and I was out of there. The entire way home I was waiting for a bee sting to the top of my head. :yikes: No stings.

Anyone ever worry about this while riding around town?

i had a wasp fly up my leather while filling up my tires and then sting me 6 times while i was riding down the road.. i must of looked mad on the side of the road, bike laying on its side because i just dropped it and ripping my leather off cursing like a sailor..

:yikes: :lol: I swear bees, wasps..etc. must bee instinctively drawn to bikers...beeecause everytime I go to coffee shop on my bike and im lounging outside...beees always swarm me....never happens when I drive the cage there. :scratch:

I almost had that happen to me this past Sunday. I too was at a red light when I saw this bee flying around me, I quickly shut my lid to keep him out. All I could do was watch it fly around me. Seemed like the damn light took forever to change too.

During a morning practice at Roebling Rd, WERA. 1992.

I got a little sweat bee inside my leathers. By the time I pulled back into the pits, I felt like I had been stung 20 times. Definatly more than a few stings. :yikes:
