Icon Field Armor Boots

I just got a pair. For the money, they're very well built.

Here's what I ran into. The toe box of the boot is quite thick, and I have a hard time getting it under my shifter lever.

I don't have giant feet or anything, they're size 10.

I have adjusted the lever up as far as it will go. However, it's still not quite right.

What are my options? A longer and/or higher shifter lever? I think if it gets too high, it's going to be strange during downshifts.

I really want to keep these boots!

If you want to keep the boots it sounds like moding you shift lever is your only option.

I really like the Icon gear :dthumb: , but when I tried on the Field Armor Boots they were way to stiff, they felt like ski boots.
Here is a link to them.

I have a pair of the Super Duty 2 and I thought they were a bit stiff and clunky, thats until I tried on the field armor ones. Holly cow they are stiff. But I don't think you could find anything that would protect your feet any more if you tried... Your feet might be safe, they might just not be attached to your legs anymore but they won't have a scratch on 'em.:yikes:
