I am going to have to go with a GSXR. Either 750 or 1000. Most likely the 1000. More power and a nice wheelie machine. I am very happy over all with the handling of the gixxer and will always own one. :dthumb:

Now the Benelli is a sweet bike. Now the seat to tank area could use a bit more work on it for the price they go for, but I would still own one. :dthumb:

Also a little about the bike as well so far....

Yamahas new M1 has an all-new in-line 4 cyclinder, 5-valve per cylinder engine developing over 200PS. The M1 code following Yamaha’s traditional YZR race prototype prefix stands for Mission One. . The chassis is a direct development from that of the YZR500 two-stroke GP bike[Deltabox], featuring an adjustable head stem and swingarm pivot, the major distinction being the geometry design due to the different engine and strengthened swingarm. The M1 was already under development towards the latter part of 2000 and has proven to have better acceleration and higher top-end than the YZR500 due to the smoother power delivery. This also means longer tyre-life, every team and rider's dream.

The specs are as follows:

Engine Liquid-cooled 4-stroke 5-valve DOHC Cylinder layout In-line four Displacement Less than 990 cc Max. power output Over 200 PS Ignition system CDI Lubrication system Wet sump Clutch type Dry multiplate Transmission 6 speed Final drive Chain Wheel size (front) 17 inch Wheel size (rear) 17 inch, 16.5 inch Suspension (front) Telescopic Suspension (rear) Monocross Brakes (front) Dual disc Brakes (rear) Single disc Frame type Deltabox Fuel tank capacity 24 litres Weight Over 145 kg (In accordance with FIM regulations)
