They're not bad, remove dash, remove dash gauge cover, and the new gauges are more like stickers than anything. They actually stick over the stock gauges. You don't remove the needles or anything. But I recommend you leave the peal off sticky cover on, slide the new gauges over/around the needles then peal that off. Otherwise you can't work the new gauge face over the needless w/o it sticking where you don't want it to!! Then all you do is tap it into your dash lights and BANG you got a sweet lookin dash. Another guy in the club did it on his TLR (same company) (attached pic) and they look sweet too!!!

Sweet...now that I've got this thread for reference, I'll look it up again when I get mine..thanx for the info chris!

I know there are some that you actually have to move/replace the needle with one that comes with the kit..this seems alot easier and less hassle!

O, yeah, they are pretty easy. JUST DON'T FORGET MY COMMENT ON THE "DON'T REMOVE" THE STICKY BACKING COVER. They don't tell you that in the instructions. But the nice thing is that you don't have to make sure to put the needles back in the right place.

However, most bikes needles with do a self test up & down, use this to make sure you have the face completely down. When I put mine on the needle was held up at like 110mph so I had to work that down.

Hope it helps...

easy to do. The longest part is tearing your bike down. also tap into your third eye for a power source. like said before. do not take off the backing until you slide the gauge over the needle. :2cents:

what's up. I followed your advice. they're real. not stickers. picked them up from a U.K based company. heres the link http://www.fibre-lyte.co.uk/
guys are real cool to work with. I ran a thread on KP about it and a couple of guys that had em didn't like em. they said they changed color on em. Mine have been on for a couple of months no change yet. Maybe they fixed the problem...
