Too darn busy tonight, but I did get out this morning for a great little solo ride. Took some corners faster than I ever have before, and hit a few new personal top speeds.

So how was your ride?

about to put up a thread about it shortly..was pretty cool actually! not to many weekends like this left im sure, so im soaking it all in as much as possible.

always nice pushing ur limits..sounds like a good time!

It would probably be way more fun with some people to ride with and push things a little harder....oh well.

yeah riding in groups is fun..but I'd rather practice and push myself when im alone..so theres no pressure..so its all good. nice weather there today?

heard that! get it in while you can for sure..we've had great weather for the most part for the last 3 weeks or so...so I know it cant last forever, but everyday like today is just another reasonto be glad we ride!!

Well, we've had absolutely crappy weather up till this weekend. Drizzle and cold for the past 2 or 3 weeks. STUPID WINTER :cursin:

u guys generally get pretty bad winters out there dont ya? I know I always see tons of snow, rain, ice, etc on the weather channel in ur area over the winter months. we get it bad down here..but its sporatic thru out the season..always cold as hell, but not always snow/ice n shiet like that. but when it does hit us, man does it hit us.. :rant:

We get ice, lots and lots of ice then just a dusting of snow so you don't realize it :bash: Of course then Missouri kicks in and we have a 70 degree day then ice again. But those days are the reason I don't winterize the bike. I bundle up and ride when I can :dthumb:

once in a blue moon over the winter months, we get one of those indian summer days, when its like 60 degrees and sunny..all the snow is melting, people have spring fever so everybody and their brother is out on the roads...then reality sets in the next day, when the high is 25 degrees, and all that nicely melted snow turns into more ice!! uke:

and I need to move out there now..the secret is out...but I wont tell, dont wanna spoil it for myself either! sounds great, I can just imagine the twisties that are found out there!! :drool: and those long stretches of endless highway!
