As usual, your ignorance shows no bounds...By federal law, your employer has to make accommodations for you to vote. They cannot schedule you working hours that will prevent you from voting, nor can they punish you for coming in late, taking a longer lunch or leaving early if you are going to the polls. We don't have a larger turnout here because of apathy and laziness. In this country you can vote absentee up to 30 days before the election in many states. There is no reason for anyone who is qualified, to not vote
