Is this a good price for a slip-on for the R6?

I'm looking at a slip-on exhaust for my new R6 and I like this one, but I don't know if it's a good price for the carbon Yosh. I'm still shopping around and checking prices. Please be honest and don't steal this out from under me if it is a good price. I'm waiting to bid until I find out if it will fit the '05 and also waiting to see what you guys say about pricing.
