I didnt notice there was no hockey season untill i saw shan say something about it...I personally dont like hockey at all. The only sports i care about are Football and Baseball. Gotta love em...

I love hockey and football... they are prolly tied for 2nd.... after motorcycle racing... then comes baseball, then basketball.

bulldog... nothin beats a warm summer day at the ballpark, hot dog in one hand and a big ol beer in the other... you'll understand in about 5 years

The players aren't complaining. The owners locked the players out until a new contract acceptable to both can be worked out . The owners want a salary cap, the players don't.

Players complaining = Strike
Owners complaining = Lockout

This is a lockout.

yep, in the 90's, that half season was a player strike. The baseball strike was a player strike.

Looks like it will be offical... That sucks... it's not worth not getting paid at all... seems like Greed is playing a large part of this... no matter whos side it's on... this will be the first time in history an entire season is scraped... they really need to get their act together :bash:

Ya it sucks, but it's the game itself that suffers in the end.
