Big Ted, body bags are a fact of life in war, I'm sorry if you fail to understand that.

The Iraqi people want us there. . radicals like Zarqawi aren't even Iraqi, he's Jordanian. But yeah, if we weren't there I'm sure he'd be leading a productive life somewhere.

If the Iraqi team came back from the Olympics four years ago, most if not all of them would be dead. But hey, we're the bad guys.

Foodlines in a war torn country? Say it isn't so. I guess, though, waiting in line for food is a tad better then getting none because of a dictator that takes the nation's money to build numerous multi-million dollar palaces.

That is a nice link. Thanks! More people need to see things like that. The problem is that it has become the hip thing to do, that is to be against our efforts in Iraq.

I applaud Bush for sticking to his guns. He said he would hunt down every terrorist helper, and he did. He said he would go over there and help the Iraqee people and he is. We need a leader (Bush or anybody else) that will stick to what they say they are going to do. Not back down or change direction when it gets a little ruff!

Regardless of your political concerns, EVERYBODY NEEDS TO SUPPORT OUR TROOPERS, THEIR EFFORTS, AND SACRIFICIES!!!! Doing anything else is not a option. If you don't you should recieve a first class arse kicking and a one way ticket to some dirt hole someplace out of the USA!

I'm sorry but I have alot of family in the service and alot of friends. I have a great deal of respect to these people. And I have NO patience to people who don't support them.

You say that you support them but not what they're doin. Well then you're wrong anyway! But this is just my :2cents: :sorry:

I thanked 5 today, two Army, and three Marine recruiters. . Whenever I see someone in a store, parkinglot, or whatever, I make it a point to thank them for serving. To this day they've all responded with, "You're welcome."

Now, if they could just save some ammo and start taking out the pricks that won't turn on red and the ones that ride in the left lane. lol

You fail to understand, Iraq is a no win war :sob: In the end you will see lots of wasted American lives
If Iraqi people wanted Americans there, Iraqi people would kill radicals such as Zarqawi. Only a few Iraqi's want Americans in Iraq, most of them only want America for personal financial gain
Iraqi people are brought up to hate America and Israel. That will never change, unless America becomes a Muslim country
World is full of dictators that steal countries money. Just take a look at some of the African countries. When America free's Iraq, should we move on to the next dictator???????
Pig, I thought you where smarter, not to fall for Bush camp lies :yesnod:

Well that's the media for you. Only wants you to see what THEY want you to see.

I hate war and everything that goes with it. It's the hippie in me. BUT it's the enlisted men and women's perogative and decision to go into the Military. Kudos to them. They took an oath to defend this country and those who are oppressed no matter WHO is in office or WHAT the conflict is about. I HAVE a friend who is over in Iraq right now. (Matt, you may remember Brad from my parties.) And he has not complained ONCE. He said, "things are getting done and the resistance is weakening." Which is an EXACT line from a letter Allen and I had gotten from him.

We hate, or rather *I* hate the fact that our boys are over there, but I support them every step of the way.

I agree completely. Very well said gasman. Unfortunately, not everyone sees things the way we do. However, I don't waste my time or energy trying to make them think otherwise...they're gonna think what they want. I just cross my fingers that there's enough of us to keep Bush four more years. (Unless of course MP steps in!!) :dthumb:

And I'm going to clarify this statement before I get flamed. The reason WHY I hate our boys over there is because of the emotional turmoil it does to the families. It really really sucks!

But it's what they wanted to do. Their choice to defend! And I'll back them 100%.

Just had to clarify!

You're wrong. Thankfully people with your way of thinking won't be in the White House. If they were, we may as well spread our cheeks and tell the world to get in line.

You don't think they're trying to kill Zarqawi? What, you think Zarqawi comes out in time square to give a daily sermon? lmfao

Zarqawi and his followers are getting help from those Iraqi people, you say want Americans in Iraq
If Zarqawi group had no support in Iraq, group would be dead :dthumb:
