Good links Shan. But with so many donating to the people cause I chose to help out the MANY stranded and abondon animals from the Hurricane. Missippi Animal Rescue is one of the larger ones helping out and Michigan Humane Society just sent down a staff to assist in the animal rescues. I think the issue of how many animals needed help too was initially overlooked with the destruction and human devistation. But the animals are so helpless in the situation.
