Yea KBB is better for private sales while NADA is better when dealing with the dealers.

KBB in my POV isn't worth anything. Their prices are always WAY higher than what you'll ever get out of a vechicle!

Not always. I sold my last car for about $1k over it's kelly blue book "private party" value. But KBB does tend to generally be a little high.
