I have a TLS in the garage, so I can knock the v-twin fix out of me at anytime.
The 2005 model has only 1 difference than my 2000. The color. Some of the new owners are complaining that they turn pinkish when exposed to loads of solar activity. Living in Arizona, one summer would have it looking like a stick of Bazooka Joe bubble gum.
I got my 2000 KLR for $2500 and am very pleased with it. Besides, it is the same color green as my box of army men. Coolness factor of +3.:thumbs:
