Funny story here... Today I got a chance to test my sliders. Well another planet member and I went for a Disney run (sunny 65 deg and not a cloud in sight) We got to a deserted road (as seen below) and pulled over to snap some wheelie pictures. Well after the picture below was taken, I went around the block , and my boot got lodged in the boot guard... I pulled over, put my left foot down...and try to dislodge my right and wham... KP is on the ground.

I look down the street and Cory is hauling ass to pick up my pig off of me... As he is pulling the tl up another Gixxer rider shows up out of no where and pulls over and picks up the bike off my leg.

I was yelling in my helmet because the peg was going in my ankle, after I sat and rested for a bit, my ankle was fine....

Dang KP, that sucks. Did your TL survive without damage?

I would look into changing or modifying the heal guard to assure that didn't happen again.

Nothing happned to the Ride.... I love sliders.... A must have,and for the TLR special made. (no cut sliders)
