I got my lock replaced last year when that whole "pick with a pen" mess came out. I am glad to see they have been forced to deal with it though.

it's just that 8 of 10 people couldn't open one of those locks with a pen...

But they should have done a recall on their own...

Bought my motorcycle locks late 80's never had bike stolen.
Knew about U Locks being opened by cylinder pump jack. First heard about pens opening locks :yikes:

There's a video floating around, started last summer, I believe, shows a guy opening a tube lock with the barrel of a bic pen...that's when I got mine replaced...
