Hey, been gone to Alaska to long. Just got home last week. Crazy summer of fishing. Anyway I just finished this one up that I had started last winter. Hope you guys enjoy it.

Thanks, yeah I only salmon and do a little bit of Halibut up there anymore.

Lol... I've seen some pretty crazy stuff. I used to fish up there in the winter but I'm still here. I actaully saw one of the worst things I've ever seen up there this year. My brother-in-law was pressure washing one of our set nets in heavy weather and accidently blew his eye out with it. We had to call the coast guard and have him choppered out.
They ended up saving his eye and after one more surgery he should have some vision in it.

have you ever seen "the deadliest catch" on Discovery or TLC or whatever? I know those are crab fishermen, but it makes Alaskan fishing look down right aweful.

I used to Crab fish out west. I know almost all of those guys that were on that show. Pretty wild seeing them of tv. I stopped going out west when I was married. I still do some dungee fishing down here in Wash. Ore.
