Due to your circumstances (deployment) If it is a gift to show her you are there in heart and spirit while your gone as well you might consider one of thoes Half heart pendent things the gives her one half and you the other.DLITALIEN said:

Just go to your local jewery store and look for something she'd like. What about a set of pearls...if the relationship is serious... those and the money you are talkin is some desent cash...

Too bad it is not in United Arab Emirats, I heard that they have lots of nice gold jewelry there and very cheap. Nice to know another A/F dude, that know what is a bomb. I did some buildup in a <bumb dump> here in Bagotville and was qualified loader/wingman on CF-18 for 2 years. Long live the armors!!!!! :cheers:
got a camcorder? pre-record a special anniversary message and send it to her on the date (maybe with flowers). or send her a singing telegram (i'm a sucker for those). are there any barbershop quartets out there. perhaps some singing elvises? it is vegas, right? that's what i would like anyways. all of those ideas would go well paired with jewelry as well. good luck with it. and thank you for serving.
