I have been racing motocross for years and well, my body is finally starting to tell me that I am getting to old for it. When I was in high school my boss had a drag bike he never raced and wanted to sell. Him knowing that I raced motorcycles said I could race his bike to help him sell it. Biggest adrenaline rush I have ever had. So I have been thinking of maybe buying a drag bike and look to try and get into this again.

Here is my question.....I never had to do any work on this bike. So what would a maintenance timeline for someone be? I know for motocross I mainly have to check my valves at the end of the year. Top end lasted me three years, things like that is what I want to know. I'm sure it all can be different depending on the bike, how often someone races, blah blah blah. So if I can get an idea of what maintenance is that will help me to decide if I really want to go this way. Anyone who replies, thank you!!!
