My 95 gixxer is streched and lowered but I want to lower some more. I belive that I just loosen the triple tree bolts and let the fork tubes up through the triple tree and then tighten it back down. Does any one know if this is correct. Let me know thanks guys.

Yes you can do that but it will change the geometry of the bike and the suspension!

With it stretched and lowered, I'm sure he isn't concerned with handling.
Yes, loosen the bolts and drop till your harts content.
REMEMBER TO GET BOTH SIDES EQUAL LENGTH/HEIGHT.

Not really adding anything to this thread but I am curious as to why people lower their bikes - significantly. I am not talking about those that adjust for ride height due to being vertically challenged.

On my way home yesterday from work, I saw a guy on a R6 that was so low it looked like he was riding a scooter. I was on my 7R and in comparison, his taillight was several inches below my headlights. This guy's legs were damn near bent 90's while we were stopped at the light.

I'm with ya Rideordie... but there are many things that I don't understand as to why do "they" do that!!

I don't get the lowering thing, or stretchin out the swingarm if you don't drag... there are just sooo many.... including why are there SOOOO many squids out there riding with no gear on except their helmet!! I just want to thump these a-holes!!
