OOOHHH YES!! Right here in good ole Tally, we have a winner...

Tallahasseean charged with breach of peace

Local prosecutors are apparently in a bind: How do they charge a blind Tallahassee man who has been accused of having sex with his Seeing Eye dog?

Florida, like many other states, has no bestiality statute - that is, a law specifically prohibiting sexual contact between humans and animals.

So Alan Yoder, 29, originally was charged with felony animal cruelty, but court records show that charge was dropped last Friday and replaced with a misdemeanor - disorderly conduct.

Yoder now is charged with a "breach of the peace, by engaging in sexual activity with a guide dog," according to a court document.

Yoder, reached by telephone Thursday, declined to be interviewed. James D. Varnado, his attorney, said he has filed a not-guilty plea on his client's behalf but declined to discuss details of the case.

"However lurid the allegations may be, we should resist a rush to judgment," he said.

Here's what happened, according to Tallahassee police reports:

Yoder, who lives in a local apartment complex, last month asked a female acquaintance to join him in a sex act with the dog, a male yellow Labrador named "Lucky."

She demurred, but later told a friend about it. That person called a social worker, who called police.

Investigators spoke to Yoder on June 16, who admitted performing certain sex acts with the dog, even going into detail with them, but denied doing others. He was arrested and booked June 22, charged with animal cruelty...

Wow... aparently this is the popular thing to do these days. There was an article on CNN about 17 year old kid who got caught raping a family dog...
I thought that it was his neighbors dog? Not sure? You're talking about the kid who like raped two girls and then the dog? That's the one that I saw on CNN/MSNBC...

Yes, it was the neighbors dog. He raped the dog and then moved on to the 2 young neighborhood girls. The dog died from the rape. (well, she died 2 weeks later from severe internal bleeding - her owners never took her to the vet for care) - there is no language remotely allowed on this forum as to what I think of the rapist as well as the owners who let their dog bleed to death. I just hope he gets whats coming to him while in prison.

Thats the thing that amazes me though...IT IS A PROVEN FACT that people who torture animals move on to crimes against people, people who rape dogs move on to prey/rapechildren so why there isnt stiffer penalties for animal cruelty is beyond me. People are sick, sick, sick. :cursin:

A doctor had just finished a marathon sex session with one of his patients. He was resting afterwards and was feeling a bit guilty because he thought it wasn't really ethical to indulge with one of his patients. However, a little voice in his head said, "Lots of other doctors have sex with their patients so its not like you're the first." This made the doctor feel a little bit better until still another voice in his head said, "But they probably weren't veterinarians."

Dogged Out!

What's really sad is the media gave more emphasis to the dog being raped than the two little girls! I understand keeping them out of the limelight, but Duh. I hope he meets up with "Big Willy" in the hoosegow!!! :cursin: :wbs:

I'm gonna assume that is also a JAIL, much like this "pokey" thing.

However, in jail, I know that the other patrons do not like rapists and they are usually the first to get shanked.

Stuff like that really makes me angry. I'm with Pippi on this one, I could say some really nasty words about people like that. What really makes me even more angry is that these people get slapped on the wrist and sent on their way just because it was an animal. Maybe a stupid $1000 fine or something like that, but nothing like what they deserve. If it were a child or a human being, they'd be in jail for a long time. It should be that way for animals too! GRRRRRRR!
