the question i got jipped on is in the first pic!!
i totally agree and that is what i was arguing with but he said it was wrong!!!! what should i do !!!!!????? now i got to wait till friday top take it againCaptain Morgan said:Here are the scanned test pages.
The correct answer to the "turn" question is what you selected. If the question was, "What should you do when APPROACHING a turn?", then the answer would be "slow down".
Do you have the book at home with you? If so, find that section of the book and see what it says. Look for the phrases, "while in a turn" and "when approaching a turn". See what the book says for both. If the book has the same answer as the test, then there is nothing you can do except answer the question with the "DMV correct answer" and then do the actual correct thing when riding. If the book has the answer that we are giving you, then you go into the DMV and CALMLY point out the book answer. They should then correct your test and give you your permit/license because you would have only missed 4 questions, which is their amount for passing.bulldog said:i totally agree and that is what i was arguing with but he said it was wrong!!!! what should i do !!!!!????? now i got to wait till friday top take it again
ya capt, i think they ment to say when approaching a turn, not in a turn.... either way its a wrong answer to the question and he got screwed....too bad.Captain Morgan said:Here are the scanned test pages.

You were correct, you got screwed on that question. However, you did legitimately miss the other 4.
