New bill being passed?

I just heard on the news that they are trying to push a bill through congress to make anitfreeze taste bad.

Apparently the antifreeze that you put in your automobiles/bikes tastes good and people drink it although it's poisonous. Last time I checked, ain't meth made from them?

Wait, wait, I just heard where it originated. Arkansas! Sheesh... But they said that the Antifreeze companies are behind it to make it taste bitter as opposed to sweet. DUH! Just freaking put something else in it to make it taste bad, why you need a bill/law for this?

Seeing as how most dogs think their nutsacks are delicious, I imagine that many will still drink it.

Actually, anti-freeze smeels and tastes sweet to animals, and is deadly. If you own pets, you have to be very carefull wil anti-freeze (if you spill it, they will find it, lick it up, and get very sick at the least).

Making it taste bad is ok in my book (2 dogs, 4 cats here).

:iagree: but do you really need a bill for it? I mean, companies should just make things that are poisonous taste and smell bad reguardless.

:iagree: have to be very careful if there is a spill, the pets will lap that stuff up and get very sick. They should make companies that produce these poisons put something in them to make taste and odor bad. They do it for natural gas, so why not other things as well. I mean I always get the craving at the gas station to fill my big gulp cup up with 93 octane, cause it smells so damn good! :bash:

Do you really? I prefer 91 Octane cause I just take a quick sip when I'm filling up the gas tank on the R6. Stick a straw right beside the nozzel when I'm fillin' it up.
I didn't even know that antifreeze had a "sweet" taste to it. Figured that they would automatically make it taste bad. Oh well, learn something new every day.
