How much man? I was looking at getting like a pair of pants that'll like go over a pair of jeans or slacks so when I ride to work I can just put them on and not have to worry about dirt/grease or nothing like that.

Good idea? Bad idea? Recommendations?

80.00... the pants sat at 61.00 right up until I put in a max bid of 80.00 and swiped them right out from under him.. w/ just a dollar to spare.. his reserve was set at 79.00!! :twisted:

I like the mesh/textile gear. It's vented enough to keep you from sweating to death but still offers decent proctection for ya. Yeah, you could definately do that w/ these pants, ride to work or wherever in them, and they're pretty light as well.

JR, stage 1 grey... yeah, they may be alittle warm, but no worse than jeans, and atleast offer lots better protection :yesnod:

a little more expensive, but the JR Alter Ego pants make excellent overpants. They have a removable rain liner and a zip out vent section from the knees up the thighs around the butt and back down the other side. Plus they have two way zippers up the side to the hip. I wear them almost every day to work and I have to wear slacks, shirt and tie. On the weekends I just wear them as regular pants.

I like the look of the Stage 1's tho, very nice. Congrats on the big ebay win.

Nice JR's, I want leathers with knee pucks built in since I'm at the knee dragging stage. I've skimmed my jeans a few times, but where I try to wear loose jeans I haven't scraped any skin yet.

Thats what I did.. I got them a size bigger as well. I cant wait to get them. I was looking at a pair of draggin jeans as well, but after these and getting new boots in a couple weeks, that'll tap out my gear budget for alittle while.

Ive got some knee pads, I'll just strap em on so I can go knee draggin too! :lol:

Those pants are nice. How's the padding in 'em? I like the JR ones too. Geez, all the gear is a hard decision... :scratch:
