Great news!!!!
The Miller Motorsports park will be built in Toole. Designed by Alan Wilson, It will have a 4.4 mile full course, west course 2.0 miles, east course 2.4 miles, 90-100% visibility of the course for spectators, drag strip, all the goodies. Supposed to be underway and completed end of 2005. Possible use of the track end of 2005 riding season.

Sweet, I've got one summer to get the bike fixed up and ready, and to take the Utah Sportbike Assosiation Advanced Rider Training.

This track is supposed to be one of the nicest in the country!!!

I like that they have Kart Track as well. :dthumb:

Question:

Is "50 foot wide final turn" standard? Or are they normally not as wide?

From what I've read this wide final turn is going to be a key feature of this track. The long straightaway will permit up to 200 mph in certain race vehicles and the wide sweeping final turn will be one of the more challenging aspects of the course. :dthumb:

And here I was thinking that the ONLY thing I liked about living in Indiana was the proximity to a track. Now they have to build one in Utah and make me wish I still lived out there even more. :bash: I LOVED living out there because I had stuff to do in the winter and summers were enjoyable too. Now they have a track to make summers even more enjoyable. Makes me want to move back out there.
