the 2000 full fairing 929 is second on the list....but if i get to it. i'm dropping endless cash on it and buying a full carbon fiber fairing set. and a set of those sweet rims that someones planning on doing the group buy of here.
the 2001 naked 929...well, thats probably gonna eat all the other bikes money. its stripped down right now, and the engines coming out soon. i'm powdercoating the frame,subframe (i need a new one tho), swingarm, handlebars, risers, levers, pegs, and mbe the rims too. after thats all done. i'll put it all back together. then the rear fairing and tank need to be painted..thats probably going to be flat black with some old school hot rod pinstriping on it. then the frame is *hopefully going to get a special treatment (so special i cant discuss it with you yet. shhhh) a new crash cage would be good since the old FI. is fukt up from me crashing, but moreso from the previous owner. after that...i need a headlight assembly, but i'm gonna fab, something up for that. also i'm cutting the two brothers pipe down to half size, so it doesnt scrape during wheelies. i was also lookin into a single sided swingarm, but idk. mbe a 954 swingarm instead. basically i'm doing a biker build off in my own garage. WOO HOO! :yikes:
