Unless your vehicle is one of the ones on the top 10 stolen list, thats when it can really jack you. Here in Michigan I know the county in which you live in can help or hurt your rate slightly. Fortunately my county helped mine. But Michigans "No Fault" policy has just got to be one of the freekin dumbest things ever. A huge majority of the giant insurance premiums is due to those jack asses that dont insure their vehicles.
