I wrote this between last night and this morning, I just wanted to see what someones opinion of it was.

Can I Ever…

My one desire burns inside me every day…
Burning as hot as lava, making me feel this way…
Can you tell me why I miss you so?
Each day gone by making me feel so low…
I cannot help feeling this way…
But will these feelings change some day?
I sit and pray, hoping you still love me too…
Hopefully just as much as I still love you…
I know you do not and man how it hurts…
Still me loving you makes it so much worse…
I cannot help the way I feel…
What I want to do is make a deal…
To tell my heart, we need to make a new start…
It needs to search for someone new…
But still my heart continues to tell me to look at you…
Now posed an excruciating question…
How much will it hurt me to get over loving you
