just changed it and man was it black!!! i was suprised but i put synthetic in there and notcie it is there it idls smoother and it might be my imagination but it has a smoother RPM change like when i hit the throtle it isent quit as jumpy it just accererates hella quick like it used to but it dont jump :skep: it proly my imagination but hey it works lol

I thought you said your bike had 1k on it.If its not broke in and you put synthetic in it the rings are not gonna seat properly and its gonna run like :flush:

I dont know if that is truth or myth. I dont see why it would have anything to do with your rings not seating. :skep: Where Larry when you need him. :cursin:

I put synthetic in mine at 600 miles. I now have 9500 and it's running like the day I bought it.

If you run one hard enough the rings will seat quick.As long as he keeps a check on his oil level and its not using oil he's ok..

But I can imagine that new oil in general would help and possibly would help with the RPM's
