I would say probably 5'7" or so... anything taller than that will help.

Weight... forget that... strong enough to pick it up!

I know some guys and gals that touch with just the balls of there feet.
Not the best but, as long as you can move the bike without getting off, its enough.
You can lower most sport bike 1 1/2 inches with out seriously effecting the handling.
Shave the seat for another inch.
At least not till you get to knee down pace. :2cents:
