Did they say how long for wallace? I can't imagine it could be nearly as ruff for him. His foul/fight on the court has nothing to do with this who thing...
They said indefinitely for all involved, but then they also said they will probably be giving the lengths of the suspensions on Monday.

My buddy is a Auburn Hills cop and was working the game. Mid way through 4th quarters he uaually goes out to direct traffic entering I-75. He was sitting out in his car and all of a sudden a call came across and they brought in every cop basicaly from a 15 mile radius. He ended up being in and right on the floor after it all happened. I guess it was pretty crazy. They are still waiting for the Fan who iniciated and threw the beer to turn himself in today. The interesting thing is that guy and the guy who started crap with Karl Malone in the Finals are both from the same town (West Bloomfield).
artest will still make out in this deal..u know he's gonna sue to fan who threw beer on him and kept antagonizing him...and the fan will in turn counter-sue him... as well as countless other lawsuits im sure..
Artest isn't going to sue anyone. His agent won't let him do something stupid like that. He has no grounds for it. The players association will try and get him out of the suspension but it won't happen. If Artest is smart, he'll keep his mouth shut because he's going to be shelling out money to every fan he touched in that crowd and the Oakland County Prosecuter is going to have a field day with him and O'Neal and Jackson. I don't care if he had a cup thrown at him, he crossed the line and caused a riot. Artest will lose 5 million in salary for the rest of the season plus countless amounts in lawsuits. Good job guys. if he's smart, he'll keep his mouth shut, I agree. take your punishment like a man, and move on. but dont you think he's gonna try and recoup some of that money with counter law suits, or basically whatever can be rationalized?
No, he's going to settle out of court so he doesn't get the bad press plus settling out of court will result in less overall lawyer fees and lawsuit amounts. Say someone's going after him for 10 bucks. They can fight over it but if he knows he'll lose in the end, just offer up 7 or 8 bucks or both parties are in court forever and the lawyer fees just keep going up. Player-to-player fights are one thing, but team to fan fights are a whole other level.Suspending players for any number of games short of inifinity is a slap on the wrist. Two years ago, When Latrell Sprewell showed how stupid he could be, Charles Barkley made a comment and was ridiculed for it when he said that Whitebread America was not going to watch and support a league with Tattoed, corn-rowed, Thugs playing ball. He was right then and he is right now. For 5 million dollars a year, I would should up for 82 games per year and let every fan in the building throw a cup of beer on me. If Ron thinks he is so mistreated and life is so unfair, I will trade places and he can come take care of my family on my salary which is less than 2% of his. He is in for a shock when he finds out you don't get shoe deals serving fries. The people running the NBA must be from the Pentagon. The product they are putting out is kind of like those $1000.00 hammers and $5000.00 toilet seats. These are America's best...just look at the Olympics. Artest just blew a years pay, that is more money than most of the other countries players combined will make in a lifetime. And he is so misunderstood.
