Hey every1 if from ohio and im lookin to get some powder coating and polishing done to my 954 lookin for a place that will do a great job but with a reasonable price. Need some help findin a place....

ah ha, i think i know a place, i just talked to that guy from voo doo at the carlisle car show and they do all kindsa stuff like that, i have the business card at home. leave me a pm so i remember it.

You can buy a powdercoat gun for about $100. Powders are around $10 per color for a good amount. For small parts, you can use an old toaster oven. I do bigger parts in the inside "food" oven.

After this small investment, you can go nuts. I have powder coated over 100 parts on my bike. Many are bolt ends.

It is really easy, quick, almost foolproof. I like that after 20 minutes in the oven, and a 10 minute cooldown, the part can be put back on.

Attached, I did mirror black with prismatic additive on pegs, brackets, levers etc: :cheers:
