I was just noticing the wild and wierd times in which some of these people post. I don't think it all has to do with time zones but maybe. :bash:

So what gets you people up and such wierd times? :smash:

I myself, work shift work. A week of day shift a few days off, a week of night shift, a long weekend, and start it all over. :flush:

What about the rest of ya?

I have a 7 week old so since he is usually up through the night, I hang out with the old man on here. Now unfortunately I go back to work on Monday.... which means I will probably be on all day long. After all, I do work for an internet company and I need to make sure it is properly working. :dthumb:

I can usually check it at work as it slips past the websense for now. If they cut me off then I will be relegated to check it at home. I work days - usually 8am to about 6pm or so. I usually check at home as well - when she let's me or she isn't looking anyways... lol.. The usual night is "do you have to spend all your damn time on that computer?" This is coming from the same person that just spend 3 hours checking her messages.. lol.. Somehow for me it is different.. Go figure.. I don't spend alot of time - more time at work than anything but every second counts, etc. Who knows.. Alot of times I check them around midnight as well before I crash out - there is a pc upstairs that I can sneak off to when I need to go "upstairs to get something".. lol..

I said, what better place to get ur feet wet, with the internet than here? :dthumb:

That is neat but I'm not sure about putting my log on info thru that site. It seems like they could retain anything you put thru it. :2cents:

Does Twisty or any of your other IS guys want to key up on that idea!!

I've used kub before, not recently, but have in the past, and to my knowledge, havent had a problem with them yet...fortunately, there is no critical information that is needed here on TWF, like SS#, credit card #, etc. So while you should always be careful, I know of alot of users that have used this site, in particular a friend of mine who works for the commonwealth of PA..where they literally block any site that has more than a certain number of hits a nite..hell, they even block yahoo!!! He's used this for other boards and such for awhile now with no trouble.

I'll scrounge around the net for more info on it if ya want :)

Thanks! I will try that. I have been looking for awhile.
Oh btw..watch the spyware offers on most of the options on kub..they'll offer you everything under the sun before actually taking you to the site of ur choice, and you'll need cookies enabled for most of them as well, and popup stoppers can interfere with the pages loading...he uses webwarper and the cloak IF I remember correctly.

I manage Environmental Services for a group of nursing homes. I am 24/7/365. Yesterday I went to work at 4:00 am and had to stay to Midnight because the 3-11 laundry lady didn't show up at one home. Today, I turned my cell off and took a 200 mile ride along the Gulf to Apalachiocola and back. Sunshine, 84 degrees and just a good mental health day on my F4i therapy machine

I just have insomnia. This husband works midnight to eight in the morning and my children are usually in bed. So what better time to be on the computer...LOL...I don't work so I need something to pass the time away. When I'm not picking up after kids and washing clothes and all that other housewife stuff...LOL...
