Price value?

I have a 2000 GSXR 750 with about 7000 miles on it, It also has crhome rims, windscreen, bar ends, resivoir cap, and frame sliders. It has a sknocking noise in the motor, that I have no clue what it is. The bike starts up, but will not run! Clean title, plastic is in perfect condition minus the stickers. Any idea of what I should try to get out of it? Thanks for the help

I couldn't bring my self to pay that much for a super sick bike. Low retail for that bike is only $3500. Better money to be maid by parting it out.:2cents:
