Good read. I can't wait to get my R6 to some track days to check it out. I also would LOVE to find a good suspension shop close by where I could have everything properly set up to my size and weight. SpeedWerks kindly gave me some instructions for setup and I have also downloaded Sport Rider's full suspension article. Unfortunately, I still don't have a full understanding of what to look for in FEEL of the bike on the track or road. I think it would be great if a lot of track days had different tuners available to have work done on the bike right there at the track. Granted, I've only been to a couple track days, so maybe I just haven't been to the right ones yet.

The more you ride the R6 the more you will know what you like and don't like!
That's when you start tweaking.
Get the geometry set first and you will be about as close as you can get for factory parts. (with minor tweaking) You probably already know this from SpeedWreks.

Good news for me as my 200 pound carcas has the rear spring at its tightest setting and still isn't feeling right. Time to save the dimes for a new shock.
The RaceTech forks on my race TL1000S worked great, until I crashed :)
