Late for school??!!! you've gotta be jokin!! :rant: putting you life on the line, or the life of others in this case, just to make it to school on time...these kind of needless, worthless, could-have-been-prevented accidents just really piss me off. :cursin:

But...oh but..if the rider had been riding too fast and caused the accident, there would have been a full page article about the type of bike he was riding, how fast he was going, why, where, when, and the dangers of motorcycling in general, etc......ok I'll stop now...another rider has fallen due to blatant stupidity!!

Here's what really pisses me off. . this guy will get off. Just like if someone rearends a bike and puts someone in a coma, they'll probably get off. However, if he was drunk, he would be going to prison for a very long time.

I don't see the difference. . either you're a danger on the road or your not.

That really sucks. RIP. I love the part about "Officers arrested the teacher on suspicion of felony gross vehicular manslaughter." Um it was rush hour and there was like 1,000 witnesses what more do you need? A testimony on a platter? Under the new Mudpuppy system that driver would be subject to instant capital punishment by the cops hand - call the coroner for another body bag. Case closed. Of course keep in mind that karma is a mother and this idiot will be paying 10 fold and not by the hands of any mortal. You may get off on a criminal charge but you can't escape the Big Man. Believe dat.
