can i still ride with the stablizer incorporated into the fuel system? is it something you might wanna use more often than just winterizing? I wouldnt imagine it would hurt anything to ride with it in, but just doublechecking.
Putting stablizer in keeps the additives in your gas from sinking to the bottom and helps keep water out. Souldn't be harmful runnig it in the srping time as well. All its going to do is keep the additives moving all around and not sink.
You should really drain out the gas in the spring before riding it, just to be on the safe side. Especially if you winterize like many of us do, and you're bike ends up sitting for 90+ days. The Stabilizer definately helps, and it's not necessarily required to drain out the gas, but I do it. Better to be safe than sorry.
what about "dry gas" remember that stuff our parents used to always tell us about to put in the fuel tank, especially in the winter to keep condensation from building up in the tank, etc. ? is that similar to this stuff ?
