What a bucket of manure...Where did they get this lawyer?? The guy tries to run the kid down...the kid punches him and the kid goes to jail??? WTF is up with these stupid Yankees??? In florida, Once the guy tried to run the kid down, the kid could have opened up with a .45 and it would have been, and it still is...self defense. This is why I live in the South...

WTF??? If someone tried to run me over, I would have punched them too. Maybe more. Hell, the kid only hit the guy twice. I could maybe understand them filing charges if the kid beat the guy to a pulp, but he hit the guy twice. This is clearly self defense in my eyes.
