Ok, this is totally a newbie question. I seen on like one of the WOS videos that Twisty had like a "warmer" or "sock" around the front brake fluid reseviour (sp). I've also seen this on some other bikes (ie: racers really).

Can someone tell me why? What is this supposed to do? Any benefit? or just for like looks and a "I know what I'm doing on this thing" statement?

It keeps the sun from wrecking the fluid. And if you smash your reseviour it will soak some of it up. It's wrist band.
