EDIT: One pair has been sold. I still have the red/wt/black leathers for sale, pics can be seen below. I'm not going to relist them on eBay at this time, but I'll leave them up here.

This is a two-piece leather suit ideal for summer track days. The leather is perforated to provide air flow to keep you cool on those hot days. This suit is a size 40, with 360 degree zipper, elbow and knee protection, as well as padding at the hips and back. The suit is used and has some rash, however it will still protect for many more downs. The suit has only hit the pavement once. As any racer or trackday junkie will tell you, the rash just gives the leathers character. I know some riders who have been down 7-8 times in one set of leathers so you can rest assured that these will still protect you. The pants have two zippered pockets in the front and there is a zippered pocket inside the jacket so you can have easy access to a wallet or cash if you want to wear this on the street. There are velcro patches on the knees to attach knee sliders. Summer is coming up so be sure to protect yourself both on the road and on the track. To give you an idea of size, I am approximately 5 foot, 7 inches and I weigh 130 lbs. My waist is about 30 or 31, inseam is about 29 or 30, chest is about 36 or 37 inches. I am selling the leathers because I sold my bike last year and have decided not to buy another for a few more years due to finances. Someone might as well get some good use out of these leathers. Price as new was $565. Please make me an offer if you're interested. E-mail or IM me with any questions.

hey:luck: Capt. If I wasn't so tight on $ myself right now I'd buy a set since you are about the same height and weight as me.
Well, if for some reason they don't sell, I'll keep you in mind. The black set would work well since you have a silver bike.

GM, thanks for the idea to put the links in my sig, I'll take care of that in a few minutes. I hate to be in this financial position, but I know things will turn around within the next year, but probably not to the point I had hoped. No big deal as it's not like I'm going to starve. I have plenty of deer meat in the freezer. Anway, enough of hijacking my own thread.

:dthumb: yeah I like the black anyway, it would match the R1 nicely.

and you really need a set.
Yes he does. ;) But seriously, you DO need a set, especially if you intend to ride track days. Nobody PLANS to drop their bike, but sometimes things just happen. Like jappy's sig says, "dress for the crash, not for the ride."

Waist is about 30 or 31, chest is about 36 or 37. I haven't seen any interest in these leathers so I may end up keeping them and trying again closer to summer.
