In the comments, someone said something about, "thanks for raising my insurance rates" and the poster got bent out of shape saying that rates don't go up because of him because he doesn't wreck. However, you can clearly see the gas tank is smashed and the frame slider is bent. And as for "not wrecking", it happens to everyone, and the ones that ride with no gear and act stupid are the ones that make it worse WHEN they crash. Why? Because their crashes cost more money to fix due to higher medical bills for skin grafts, etc. So yes, in a sense, this guy is raising our insurance rates because one day he'll ride like that and crash.
Although, there are several people claiming that's a photoshop, and I wouldn't be surprised since we can't see the whole bike. Someone could easily be holding the front tire in the air and this clown is just holding onto the bike. Then they just photoshop it onto a regular pic so it looks like he's moving with that blurred background.

obviously this was taken right before he lost control, flipped over a few times, took out a guard rail, and ended up holding up taffic for hours as our tax dollars and insurance rates skyrocket once again.
