My '92 V-Max is gone. I'm going to have to live with just one Max. It's going to be difficult with as much as those darned Yamahas break down...

I sold the '92 because I bought the '96!!!

They both suffered the same mechanical failures, tho. Slave cylinders are a problem on that bike. Also replaced water pump seals, fork seals, and electrical stuff.


Big bummer: The Aprilia is down for 3 weeks waiting on backordered parts. General maintenance stuff: Clutch, slave cylinder seal, and steering lock tool.

A guy at work has a v-max... closer to a 2000 or somin... he's never had any problems with his... strange...
