Wow, I always hate to hear stories about things like that, but to see the pictures... sad story, at least she is still alive to tell it.

yeah I'd seen that... if you want some good reading (drama) read all the posts...

NO ONE will get on my bike with out MOTORCYCLE gear... meaning gear made with the intent that it be used as riding gear... textiles, re-inforced jeans, gloves, sturdy riding boots/shoes, and helmet (that fits). no way I'm gonna take a chance of any of my female friends looking like that... doesn't matter how it happened... it'd be my fault in my mind... :2cents:

Makes for terribly interesting reading.. Main point being still, wear protective gear out there, whether u b a 'dumb blonde' or seasoned rider who is protected by the hands of fate..
Only had a drop once, thankfully wore the leathers that protected my skin, unfortunately no back protector to protect that part of the body - the ground is harder than the bones.. Never leave home without it now.

I had a tripple digit crash on the track. I know the feeling of wanting to die when rolling down the pavement. I was temporarily paralized for about 10 minutes due to extreme pain.
Everyone thought I was dead until I limped out of the ambulance. No broken bones, every padding on the leathers (Nankai) were scuffed, and the helmet was untouched.

Her BF is a *ick for going hyperspeed with a passenger. On the track, I waved to the camera's once at high speed. It nearly tore my arm off.

Oh sh*t....

Reading the first page comments on that forum is p*ssing me off...
they are blaming her for falling off at hyperspeed. It's very easy to fall off at hyperspeed. Yes, i hate to admit, i rode b*tch once on a friends bike. Passengers are very brave to ride on the little waffer seat with no grab rails.
Let alone going over 100+mph.

Those people on that forum are harsh. what a bunch of A*SHOLES. It seems like they enjoy tearing apart the womens story, getting a laugh out of her tears. it goes without saying that she should have been wearing more gear than just a helmet. An now she has the scars to prove it.

OUCH!!!! Man I can't imagine. My girl MUST wear gear when she's on my bike. Matter of fact this makes me think...I gotta get her better gear.

Too bad for this girl but she shoulda better known better (to quote Pulp Fiction) and whoever was piloting this machine at that speed with this girl with no gear shoulda DEFINATELY known better. 2 idiots if you ask me. :zowned: :chair: :smash: :loser:

I'm going with what this guy says...

"I live around the supposed accident and I havent heard of it.

The truth is more likely that she was trying to be a ****ing stunt girl and got tossed off the back of the bike on a wheelie. She sticks with the story so his insurance is cool and no one gets arrested.

There are waaaaaaaaay too many asshats here that buy big bikes because they can and we are at a 20% horsepower loss due to elevation.

I dont buy her story at all and Im sticking with my version. Ive seen it a million times and I would cringe when the kids came into my old shop.

So with that said................ (smilies that didn't copy over)"

i cant stand watching people crash with a girl on the back...i've seen it in a couple videos. one this dood was doing idk about 60+ and went over, the girl was moaning and screaming after sliding on her ass for 50 feet (she was wearing jeans, jacket, helmet tho). and another....:yikes: ..this guy had a girl from hooters on the back..in her hooters outfit, yes short shorts and a booby T. went down on the side. she must been so f'd up. makes me cringe.

i think if i saw it in person i would run up and start bootin the guy in the ribs with my workboots. GrrRRr that makes me mad.

Visors are WAY more likely to flip down with the quickness. How is it gonna flip up at 120 unless you're trying to look straight up or some bull ****. I'd get a lot more spooked from that thing slammin down, not opening up.
