i dont have a manuels so idk how to adjusat my shock in the rear.... can someone please tell me how... i think i can muscle it but i dont whant to screw something up

If youre talking about adjusting your preload (which is the only thing you can do to an SV shock) then all you need is the 'hook' looking wrench that came in the tool kit in the bike.

OMFG :lol: i dident even think about looking in the tool kit lol i was going through my tools..... :bonk:
