i bought one a month ago :dthumb: very easy. And yes the notches on the Sv are off. I aligned with the lines and then put the tool on the sprocket to check accuracy, and mine are off by a mark.Gas Man said:

After you get it all adjusted (about 1/2 inch slack) Snug the axel. (just enough to compress the swing arm) Then check your adjustments again. Also check the chain again. slowly roll the wheel and check for tight spots in the chain. This is easy with a rear stand. It can be done with out. It takes two people. With the kick stand down. Turn the bars to full lock. Lean/pull the bike forward to the kick stand side. (Basically propping the bike on the kickstand and front wheel only) This will lift the rear off the ground for another person to check the chain. 2. release the lil nuts at teh end of the swingarm
3. slide axle back to take up slack
4. alighn with ticks on side of axle thingy(?)
5.tighen lil bolts or do i tighten the axle bolt fisrt?
how much slack is ok and how much is not, on my quad its two finger widths is that the same as the bike?
