well, my riding season has officially ended. i removed the heart from my baby today to put it on the ol' trickle charger for the winter. i tucked her in tight and gave her a little kiss, told her i'd see her at the first sign of the spring thaw. it's supposed to be in the 40's for the high here all next week, with even a chance of :yikes: snow. thank god i can come here and live vicariously through you west coasters for the next 3-4 months. it's gonna be a loooong winter....

It's still riding season by me...Wait, I guess it's always riding season in the freakin' desert! Today it was bright, sunny, clear skies and like 55degrees.

So I went out for a ride and decided to practice the wheelies. Did one right next to a cop, turned on his lights and pointed to the ground. Put it back down and that was it, NO TICKET! Thank god!

I am just waiting for my CCT so I can ride again!!! However, the mornings and nights are getting chilly. Not worth riding during those times. So for now, its my day commuter. Daytime weather is just gorgeous this time of year. I am a warm blooded animal, I dont like the cold much :D .

you could always move out to AZ...plenty of space out here! Wouldnt have to worry about snow, unless you want to drive 2 hours up into the mountains for skiing/snowboarding.

Geez, just when you were putting your bike to rest....I was riding the coast highway, 85 degrees and it was a beeeeuuutiful day. :D

This has been one of the nicest fall/winters we've had in yrs and I'm taking advantage. Maybe you'll get an early thaw.
